How to Check if You Have Been Promoted PEPMIS 2024/2025 – ESS Utumishi Tanzania (Jinsi ya Kuangalia Kama Umepanda Daraja PEPMIS)

What is PEPMIS?

Public Institutions Performance Management Information System (PIPMIS) is the new systems replace the old systems. The training was presented by two facilitators from the President’s Office, Public Service Management and Good Governance

PEPMIS developed by the President’s Office-Public Service Management and Good Governance (PSMGG) of Tanzania.

Steps: How to check promotion

1. Go direct to ESS Utumishi Portal – Utumishi portal

2. Select PEPMIS Box – PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

3. Click On the Profile ICON at the Right Top corner of your PEPMIS Window

4. Click On the Profile to view whether you have been promoted

5. Check On the Designation If have changed From The Previous You Know

Finally, If Changed, Relax Wait for The New Salary.
