Form Five Joining Instructions 2025/2026 PDF

Names of Students selected for form five and colleges 2024/2025 is out!. Follow simple steps to download joining instruction for preparation.

Step 1. Go direct to TAMISEMI Portal: https://selform.tamisemi.go.tz/ Click “Selection Results”

Step 2. Click choose Region, District or the name of your school

Step 3: New tab will open, follow it

Step 4: Click on the name of the school you have been selected and

Step 5: Your Joining instruction will be downloaded in your device eg. phone/ PC

Step 6: Please print or save the downloaded PDF document
